FlashWord is a speed reading application that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help users read faster while maintaining comprehension. The App allows you to:
- Import EPUB format e-books
- Read content using speed reading techniques
- Adjust reading speed and display settings
- Track your reading progress
User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights
- Import content you do not have the right to read
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of any EPUB files you import into the App
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import
- We do not claim ownership over any content you import
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by FlashWord and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

Speed reading involves rapid visual processing. If you experience any discomfort, eye strain, headaches, or other symptoms while using the App, discontinue use immediately. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
